Plamen Stoyanov, Marine Surveyor and founder of Star Marine Surveyors, brings over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, gained through both seagoing and shore-based operations. This background provides strong practical knowledge of vessel operations, marine safety, and port environments, forming a solid foundation for professional marine surveying.
He holds a Master’s degree in Nautical Science and is a qualified Yacht and Small Craft Marine Surveyor. Plamen is also a member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS) and conducts surveys in accordance with recognised professional standards and the IIMS Code of Practice and Code of Conduct.
Through Star Marine Surveyors, he provides independent surveys for vessel purchase, condition, and insurance.
